Lords of the Fallen II se dévoile petit à petit, notamment avec ces 40 minutes de gameplay et ce premier trailer qui ont, tous deux, été diffusés la semaine dernière. Résultat : c’est beau, ça a l’air dur, c’est sombre, mais surtout, ça fait penser à Elden Ring…
Lords of the Fallen II s’annonce grandiose !
Une chose est sûre, ce premier trailer pour le prochain jeu de CI Games a mis beaucoup de monde d’accord ! En effet, entre sa direction artistique soignée, son ambiance sombre et ses mécaniques qui semblent déjà solides, le titre a rapidement su capter l’attention des joueurs, ravivant l’intérêt autour du projet dès ses premières images.
Avec ce nouveau projet, CI Games semble vouloir franchir un cap et s’imposer comme un sérieux concurrent aux références du genre, à commencer par Elden Ring. Entre exploration exigeante, combats nerveux et univers oppressant, tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour séduire les amateurs de défis corsés. Reste maintenant à voir si le jeu saura tenir ses promesses sur la durée et proposer une expérience suffisamment marquante pour s’inscrire durablement dans le paysage des Souls-like.
Elden Ring a des enfants partout !
Depuis le succès retentissant d’Elden Ring en 2022, de nombreux studios ont tenté de s’imposer sur le créneau du Souls-like… mais rares sont ceux qui ont réellement réussi à marquer les esprits. Parmi les peu qui se sont imposés, on y retrouve Lies of P, mais également Lords of the Fallen. En l’occurrence, ce deuxième épisode a une fois de plus tout du célèbre Elden Ring.
Décors, ambiance, ennemi, difficulté, interface… TOUT ! Et à vrai dire, c’est pour notre plus grand plaisir. Des jeux FromSoftware comme Elden Ring mettent du temps à se développer. Alors, si on peut attendre le prochain grand opus du studio avec des Souls-like externes à FSW, on ne dit pas non ! Après, on risque de casser deux ou trois autres manettes à ce rythme…
