En effet, tout vient d’une déclaration d’Elon Musk qui a affirmé qu’une IA pourra bientôt concevoir de 0 un jeu tel GTA VI. Des mots qui n’ont pas manqué de faire réagir le papa du jeu : Strauss Zelnick.
Elon Musk se voit plus gros que GTA VI avec son IA
Aujourd’hui, tout le monde est d’accord sur le fait que l’IA prend beaucoup de place. Elle est partout. Dans tous les débats, les infrastructures, les réseaux… PARTOUT. Et s’il y a bien une personne qui caractérise toutes ces intelligences artificielles, c’est Elon Musk, le patron de X. Pour lui, l’intelligence artificielle est l’avenir et il met beaucoup d’espoir dans ces technologies. Tellement que selon lui, d’ici quelques temps, on créera des jeux comme GTA VI en quelques minutes avec seulement un prompt.
C’était en janvier dernier sur X lorsqu’un internaute tweetait : “Il y a définitivement une chance qu’on obtienne « générez votre propre GTA6 en quelques minutes » avant GTA6.” Sous quoi le patron de la tech avait sobrement répondu : “Oui”. Puis deux jours plus tard avait affirmé en parlant d’un prompt pour créer GTA par IA : “Vous n’aurez même pas à demander. L’IA devinera quel jeu vidéo vous plaira le plus.” Des mots forts qui sont cependant encore loin d’être réalisables mais qui ont le don de titiller les développeurs de jeux vidéo. Notamment, le principal concerné de ces déclarations qui vient tout juste de réagir…

Le papa de GTA répond
Cette semaine, Strauss Zelnick, le PDG de Take-Two et donc de Rockstar, s’est illustré au Semafor World Economy 2026, une conférence pour parler, vous l’aurez compris, d’économie. Dans un entretien d’une vingtaine de minutes, une question a été posée à Zelnick : “Comment réagissez-vous aux derniers tweets d’Elon Musk ?” Aussitôt, tel un authentique père de famille qui défend son enfant, Strauss Zelnick a sauté sur l’occasion pour envoyer un pic à Elon Musk.
« Il a des ressources financières illimitées, des ressources humaines illimitées et apparemment un nombre d’idées illimité. Il s’y connaît aussi en IA et, en plus, il travaille 20 heures par jour. Si l’IA devait remplacer le travail de quelqu’un, est-ce que ce ne serait pas le sien ? » avant d’ajouter : « Comme l’homme le plus riche au monde, est-ce que ce ne serait pas le premier job à donner à l’IA ? » Ça y est, la guerre est déclarée entre Strauss Zelnick et Elon Musk, et à notre avis, cela n’est qu’une question de temps avant que le patron de Tesla ne réponde.
